The breakfast was fantastic, with delicious coffee served by the friendly staff, and this place's location was amazing, being close to the castle, the city center, and a restaurant across the Plaza.

That was top-class hotel set in pretty quiet area, very close to numerous cozy restaurants, the center of Gorizia and many sights and the main Victory Square. Really helpful staff and was willing to help. The location was excellent and absolutely perfect, for example, St Paul's Church was relatively close to the venue. The free parking was on-site, friendly service.

The staff was willing to help, they care about everyone. the room was vintage & huge together with well-equipped bathrooms, the garden, for example. the breakfast was excellent and offered plenty of items. the location couldn't be more marvelous in the old town.

Restaurants, bars, and shops were all within easy reach, allowing me to enjoy the local attractions and amenities at my own pace. The friendly staff, both at the front desk and throughout the hotel, were always ready to provide helpful information about the town and its fascinating history. The breakfast was satisfactory, and I especially enjoyed the energetic and friendly breakfast lady's service.

If I could ask for one improvement for a better vacation experience for senior people, it would be to have coat hangers in the room that allow for hanging trousers. The current hangers lacked this feature, and it would have been convenient to have a proper place to hang my trousers.
